CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

At MLKO we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL or DM us before you order. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

MLKO is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages during shipping or once they have been delivered.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

MLKO is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed incurred on shipments outside of Canada, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.

Not in love with your items?

We provide exchange or refunds for regular priced merchandise that meets the return requirements below. Simply email hello@mlko.ca with your order number and postal code to get this process started. We stand behind our products and want to make sure you find the perfect MLKO fit.

Please note:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be submitted within 14 days to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, and 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your return amount.
